A true sanctuary in London, this beautiful property sits right next door to Walthamstow Wetlands, the city's largest nature reserve. With inspiration from William Morris, and its surroundings, the interiors are designed to be bright, modern and soothing.

Light was key to the design here where we wanted to open & connect spaces with hallway glazing allowing sight lines beyond, and large skylights & oversized picture windows in the kitchen/dining area. Timber beams soften any harsh light & create soft shadows throughout the day adding warmth in contrast to the exposed steel beams showing the difference between new & old.

A breakfast bar with functional charging facilities & foot rests offers alternative layouts to the living/dining space whilst dividing the split level space with striking beams and skylights overhead. Oversized windows and bifold doors give on to your neat and fully fenced garden, with paving stepping down to a lawn framed by brick built beds.

Two bedrooms with vintage brass light fittings are on the first floor alongside the family bathroom with a gorgeous rolltop tub as well a walk in marble shower, with rainfall showerhead and Crittal style screen. The third & final floor is the master floor with private marble ensuite, concrete basin and the potential for the 4th bedroom to be used as a full walk in wardrobe.

Located near St James Street, the Overground will take you over the marshes to Liverpool Street in less than twenty minutes. You'll find plenty of places to eat and drink nearby, as well as the High Street with its mile long market and farmer's market on Sundays.
